Chief of Staff

The 12eat group of companies are leaders in their field in the Baltic region. We currently manage 450 self-service stores in Lithuania, Latvia and Poland. We are professionals who aim to improve the working environment by offering quality food for the most diverse preferences: from porridge for breakfast to stew for lunch, from healthy snacks to soft drinks.

We are innovative, fearless, honest and hardworking. And we are looking for a Personnel Manager to join the team in order to create a more comfortable working environment.

• has at least 2 years of work experience in personnel management or a related field;
  
• well versed in good personnel management practices, laws and regulations governing labor law;
  
• can boast of negotiation skills and experience;
  
• you make decisions based on data, learn how to analyze them;
  
• has a high sense of responsibility and a strong work ethic;
  
• knows how to plan your time, work independently and has a good sense of humor;
  
• you easily find a common language with new people;
  
• able to communicate fluently in English (Polish, Russian and/or Latvian is an advantage);
  
• has the right to drive category B vehicles (mandatory);
  

We will consider it an advantage if:

• has a higher education in personnel management, psychology, social sciences or a similar field;
  
• has the opportunity to regularly go on business trips;
  
• has a DSS and fire safety specialist certificate.

• coordinate the employee's journey in the 12eat team: from candidate search, selection to documentation management, from the onboarding process to data collection and providing insights into trends;
  
• fostering the internal culture of the company: in this area, we will entrust you with the organization of holidays, events, coordination of employee greetings on various occasions, creation of a motivational system, administration of additional benefits and everything else that helps colleagues feel better at work;
  
• encourage employees to continuously improve: from drawing up a training plan to their organization, from improving the salary system to creating internal career opportunities, from overseeing the process of setting annual goals to evaluating employee performance and providing feedback;
  
• take care of the safety and well-being of employees: in this area, you will be expected to record working hours, coordinate employee health, occupational safety and fire safety briefings, resolve personnel problems and disputes, ensuring justice and employee well-being;
  
• the last, but probably the most important, you will take care of the development and implementation of the personnel strategy in the entire 12eat group.
