We are looking for a dynamic, experienced person for the position of HR manager. The HR Manager plays a critical role in leading our restaurant HR team and ensuring smooth processes across all human resources.

• You have experience in candidate search and recruitment
  
• You are familiar with timekeeping documentation, its creation and management
  
• You know labor law
  
• You know how to communicate with people, support them in work matters and agree that a happy employee is one of the most important parts of a successful company
  
• Communicating with new candidates gives you energy and you like to do it
  
• You have many ideas on how to automate or execute personnel management processes more efficiently
  
• You can communicate in English (advantage) and Russian (requirement).
