Responsibilities include developing initiatives to improve the microclimate of the workplace, promoting employee engagement and implementing strategies to improve overall employee well-being. Also, search and adaptation of new, positive colleagues, support for existing employees, work with personnel documentation, suggestions on how to improve and speed up processes.
