We are looking for a "live" personnel manager who will encourage the creation of a positive and favorable environment for our employees, focusing on improving their working conditions and meeting expectations. Responsibilities include developing initiatives to improve the microclimate of the workplace, promoting employee engagement and implementing strategies to improve overall employee well-being. Also, search and adaptation of new, positive colleagues, support for existing employees, work with personnel documentation, suggestions on how to improve and speed up processes.

Employee requirements
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain positive relationships with all levels of staff;
- Experience in the field of services;
- Knowledge of labor law;
- Familiarity with personnel management programs and computer skills;
- Timekeeping and document management;
- You know one or more foreign languages;
