Responsibilities in this position:
- Working in an energetic, growing company both in Lithuania and in Western Europe, where every working day will be meaningful and dynamic;
- Continuous monitoring and analysis of the situation in the labor market and submission of proposals (motivational system) related to employee remuneration and benefits to the management;
- Developing and maintaining a positive work culture, ensuring compliance with the company's values;
- Development, improvement and implementation of the talent selection, search and retention strategy in cooperation with the marketing department;
- Management of personnel assessment and training process;
- Initiation of staff involvement and other research and surveys, analysis of results and planning of improvement actions;
- Active participation in the improvement activities of the company's internal personnel and management processes.
We expect from the candidate:
- From the creation of the HR plan to its implementation;
- Higher Education;
- At least 3 years of experience in the role of HR manager;
- We expect you to have successful multifaceted personnel management experience at all levels of the company, i.e. i.e. you can work directly with both managers and supervisors;
- You can share the best HR practices and apply them in our company;
- You have the opportunity to work in Taurage and Kaunas offices (at least 1 day per fortnight in Taurage and at least 1 day per week in Kaunas);
- Team management experience;
- You have good communication, time planning, organizational and emergency management skills;
- You are able to set appropriate indicators (KPI), create a motivating environment focused on revealing the potential of personnel;
- Willingness to improve oneself and help develop colleagues, thus contributing to fostering the company's culture;
- Strong motivation when working in the field of personnel;
- Experience in logistics is an advantage.
