Your daily tasks:
- You will carry out the search and selection of employees, coordination of the adaptation process.
- You will be responsible for the administration of personnel documents.
- Reviewing and preparing the company's internal procedures and job regulations.
- You will cooperate with representatives of educational institutions and students on practice issues.
- You will participate in and carry out internal projects of the department: adaptation and change management, communication support with employees, microclimate monitoring, organization of holidays.
We hope you:
- You have at least 1 year of experience in personnel administration and selection.
- You know and apply in practice the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania and other normative acts related to labor relations.
- You understand HR processes and are able to apply them in practice.
- You have good computer literacy skills.
- You are able to independently plan and organize your activities;
- You are a responsible, communicative, proactive person and you are willing to implement innovations.
