NATURE OF WORK
Organization of personnel search: placement of job advertisements, selections;
Preparation and processing of personnel documents (employment contracts, orders, certificates, letters);
Overseeing employee safety issues;
Preparation of personnel procedures, updating of existing ones;
Completing and checking timesheets;
Creation of work schedules;
Introducing a new employee;
Organization of employee engagement surveys;
Analysis of personnel indicators, preparation of reports;
Help in organizing company events and trainings;
Carrying out other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Higher university education;
At least one year of successful work experience in the personnel field;
Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania;
Excellent computer skills (MS Office programs);
Proficiency in English (oral and written);
Very good communication and organizational skills, time planning skills;
Ability to work in a team;
Responsibility, duty.
