Responsibilities:
Personnel management of the cafe chain "Caffeine" and several retail outlets "Narvesen" and "Lietuvos Spauda" in the assigned region (Kaunas, Alytus):
- operational selection;
- employment;
- changes to the employment contract;
- preparation of timesheets;
- calculation, analysis and presentation of personnel indicators to regional managers.
