Nature of work
- Daily monitoring of the need for workers in the factory;
- Administration and coordination of recruitment processes for production workers;
- Preparation and processing of personnel documents in accordance with the requirements of legal acts (admission/dismissal of employees, registration of vacations, business trips, etc.);
- Cooperation and provision of information to other institutions;
- Administration of employee schedules and timesheets in the accounting program Navision;
- Other administrative tasks related to factory operations.
What we expect from you:
- Higher education (in the fields of management, personnel or psychology);
- Knowledge of at least one foreign language (English or Russian);
- Experience in personnel administration;
- Good computer literacy;
- Driver's license;
- Excellent planning, organization, communication and cooperation skills;
- Personal qualities: flexibility, intelligence, creative thinking and sense of responsibility;
- Work experience in a manufacturing company - ADVANTAGE!
