Nature of work
- Searching for service personnel, conducting interviews, distributing employees among restaurants in the region;
- Induction, evaluation and mentoring of service personnel;
- Visiting restaurants, monitoring the work of the service staff and providing assistance in case of need,
- Implementation and improvement of service standards;
- Other tasks related to the improvement of service work;
Employee requirements
- Very strong work experience as a waiter, bartender or restaurant administrator (at least 2 years);
- Willingness and ability to train and organize the work of service personnel;
- Initiative;
- Driver's license.
- Knowledge of English, Russian would be an advantage;
