Nature of work

  • Administration of personnel documents (employee admission, dismissal, vacation administration, work time accounting, changes to employment contracts, etc.);
  • Systematization of personnel information, analysis, preparation of reports and presentations;
  • Organization and execution of the search and selection of employees;
  • Organization and implementation of employee adaptation and attestation processes;
  • Management of the company's internal communication, organization of events for the company's employees;
  • Cooperation with higher and professional educational institutions;
  • Participation in personnel projects.

The place of work is only in Telšiai.

Employee requirements

  • You know English;
  • You have a higher education (psychology or personnel management is an advantage);
  • You have 2 years of work experience in the field of personnel management (experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage);
  • You have a good knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania and can apply it practically;
  • You have experience in the field of employee selection;
  • You are able to work independently and in a team;
  • You have excellent communication skills, you are energetic,
  • You are creative and meticulous.
