What tasks await you:
- Preparation and process management of personnel documents for employees from third countries;
- Working with the Migration Department, the Employment Service and other institutions, submitting the necessary documents;
- Solving emerging issues;
- Communication between departments;
- Making suggestions to the management in process improvement;
- Driver counseling.
Requirements:
- Higher/higher education;
- Experience of similar work in the employment of foreign nationals is an advantage;
- Excellent knowledge of the Russian language;
- English / Polish - an advantage;
- Ability to adapt to changes, to initiate them;
- Quick orientation, communication, attentiveness;
- Excellent teamwork skills.
