WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Actively looking for new Delamodians (only drivers), using various methods of attracting candidates;
- Organize and conduct job interviews;
- Prepare and update job advertisements;
- I will coordinate the entire selection process and take care of its implementation and the positive experience of the candidates;
- You will ensure a smooth process of hiring employees, proper filing of documents;
- You will help employees organize documents at the Migration and Employment Services;
- I consult existing Delamodians on emerging problems;
- You will constantly maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere;
- You will generate new ideas for the improvement of various processes and participate in their implementation.
ABOUT YOU:
- You worked for at least 1 year in the field of personnel management (with drivers);
- Has a higher education;
- Has excellent communication skills (can easily establish contact, manages information flows in a professional manner);
- Has good knowledge of the Russian language;
- Learn to plan your work and prioritize it;
- You know what stress is and how to manage it;
- Be a people person;
- You are result-oriented, and the most important thing is that you are eager to act and achieve.
