We are looking for a new member for our team of professional specialists - HR Manager!
Expected job functions of HR manager(s):
Expected job functions of HR manager(s):
- Management of personnel documentation;
- Assistance in the administration of reward, motivational systems, additional benefits;
- Preparation and improvement of employee training, development and evaluation systems;
- Increasing employee engagement;
- Help in forming and nurturing the company's internal culture - team events, projects, initiatives, etc.;
- Assistance in calculating wages;
- Administration of the personnel management (IT) system, improvement in cooperation with other specialists of the company;
- Counseling of employees on issues related to personnel.
We hope you:
- Has at least 3 years of experience in personnel management;
- You are benevolent, helpful, willing to get involved and help your colleagues;
- You are proactive and receptive to innovations;
- You are able to create a positive atmosphere around you;
- You have obtained a higher education;
- Has excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language (written and spoken) and good knowledge of the English (or German) language;
- You have very good communication skills, you are diplomatic, you have quick orientation.
