HR Manager

At least 2 years of successful experience in similar work (experience in personnel selection would be an advantage);
Higher Education;
Excellent communication, time planning and organizational skills;
Orientation to the result and the ability to work independently;
Excellent skills in working with MS Office programs;
Knowledge of the DK Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the ability to apply it in practice;
Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English (written and spoken).

Active and targeted search and selection of candidates;
Finding ways to attract candidates, selecting the necessary search channels;
Creation, hosting and administration of job search advertisements;
Cooperation with higher and professional educational institutions;
Ensuring smooth integration of new employees;
Preparation and administration of personnel documents (working with the program "Vikarina");
Management of information flows, preparation of reports;
Employee counseling on selection and personnel administration issues;
Active contribution to the implementation of company group events, other personnel management projects and initiatives.
