Nature of work of transport punk:
We are looking for a professional and family person to join our family of transport punks! Why family? Because we are one big family and we don't just want personnel documents in order, care and problem solving, listening and listening to team members are even more important.
We're part-load transport experts and slightly crazy transport punks - but you don't have to be crazy, we'll teach you!

- Ensuring a suitable and efficient staff selection and recruitment process: active search for candidates, organizing interviews with candidates and carrying out initial selections, ensuring a smooth recruitment process
- Creation and implementation of HR processes (adaptation, employee performance evaluation, employee training, employee motivation, etc.)
- Administration of personnel documents and procedures, ensuring their compliance with valid legal acts
- Administration of the personnel accounting and management system (working with the "Rivile" program)
- Assessing the professional competence of the company's employees, determining the need for training and organizing events (training, seminars, festive or informal events)
Requirements for a future transport punk:
- Experience in personnel management (in the logistics sector would be a great advantage)
- Excellent communication skills, ability to build trusting relationships with people
- Knowledge in creating and implementing personnel management processes
- Excellent working skills in MS Office applications
- Knowledge of the DK Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the ability to apply it in practice
- Diligence, attentiveness, consistency, discretion, ability to manage large flows of information, strong sense of responsibility, internal motivation, communication, ability to work both independently and in a team
But the most important thing is the desire to become the real transport punk!🤘
