So if you:

  • Has experience working in the positions of personnel administrator, specialist, manager (in a dynamic, growing organization would be an advantage);
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken);
  • You have experience working with personnel information systems and you have encountered payroll processes;
  • Know the provisions and requirements of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania;
  • Independence, thoroughness, quick adaptation to a dynamic environment and responsible work time planning – Your business card;
  • Excellent ability to maintain harmonious cooperation between partners, employees and managers, YOU ARE A GREAT CANDIDATE!

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparation of documents related to personnel recruitment and administration;
  • Administration of employee wages in cooperation with accounting;
  • Assistance to employees in solving problems and questions that arise;
  • Communicating with the migration service, helping colleagues from abroad to organize all the necessary documents;
  • Ensuring that the company works in compliance with Lithuanian labor laws;
  • Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of personnel system data, preparation of reports;
  • Identifying areas for improvement.
