  • Administration, preparation, extension of documents of citizens of third countries;
  • Coordination of the employee recruitment process, selections (drivers and administration);
  • Constant communication/maintaining contact with drivers;
  • Preparation of personnel reports;
  • Occupational safety and health process management;
  • Creating the employer's image in cooperation with department colleagues;
  • Participation in HR department activity improvement projects;
  • Performing other tasks related to the field of human resources.

Employee requirements

  • Experience in the field of transport or working with drivers;
  • Good command of the Russian language;
  • Good computer skills;
  • Organization, communication, promptness and orientation towards the result;
  • Ability to solve problems.
