What will you be responsible for?
- You will ensure the search and selection process for administrative and production employees
- You will coordinate and contribute to the improvement of the employee adaptation process
- You will prepare and administer personnel documents
- You will supervise, implement and improve personnel management processes
- You will control the total accounting of working hours
- You will prepare reports, presentations and systematize information for managers
- You will prepare and update company rules, procedures and policies
- You will contribute to other HR department initiatives
What do we expect from you?
- You have similar work experience (preferably in a manufacturing company)
- You have obtained higher or higher education
- You are familiar with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, which regulate labor relations, as well as timekeeping
- You know English
- You work well with a computer (MS Windows, MS Office)
- You have experience working with Vikarina program (advantage)
- You are communicative, plan your activities effectively and have organizational skills
- You are characterized by intelligence, initiative, punctuality, attentiveness, diligence, responsibility
