Nature of work

We are strengthening the personnel team and invite a personnel manager to join - whose main functions will be:

  • Planning, active search and selection of the need for employees;
  • Effective preparation of personnel documents and data administration;
  • Administration of working time accounting data;
  • Smooth assurance of employee adaptation and education processes;

Employee requirements

  • Higher education (advantage – in the fields of personnel management, social sciences);
  • Experience in implementing various personnel management projects (in the fields of personnel selection, education or administration);
  • Ability to communicate in Russian, knowledge of English would be considered an advantage;
  • Communicability, responsibility, positivity, insight;
  • Experience with timekeeping and personnel management system Incentive (advantage).
