PERSONNEL MANAGER FOR WORK WITH THIRD COUNTRY CITIZENS

If YOU are a "people person" who lacks empathy, understanding, communication with people is your horse, and you are not unfamiliar with English and Russian languages - we are looking for you! Experience in a similar role would be an advantage, but not necessary. Our friendly team is ready to help and train!

Seek opportunities and new partners to ensure a flow of qualified candidates from around the world;
Collaborate with existing partners in selecting suitable qualified candidates;
Administer the flow of documents and related information of employed foreigners (together with 2 document administrators);
Maintain constant contact with incoming employees, ensuring a systematic migration procedure for them;
Ensure improvement and continuous development of the selection and induction process;
Ensure timely and complete communication with company employees and colleagues.

Persistence in finding non-traditional ways to help businesses secure the necessary resources and resources;
Creativity in solving people's unique career situations;
Experience how to work correctly with foreign citizens, but if you don't have it, we are ready to train you;
Empathy when working with people of various cultures;
