- Management of the employee selection process - administration
- Management of employee recruitment, change of working conditions and dismissal documents;
- Preparation of organizational activity orders;
- Supervising correct timekeeping, checking schedules;
- Preparation of the organization's internal procedures and job regulations;
- Consulting employees on labor law issues;
- Participation in the company's activities: organization of holidays, adaptation and change management, communication support with employees, microclimate monitoring.
- Administration and process supervision of documents required for the work of employees from third countries;
- Cooperation with state institutions, filling out and submitting documents, information management;
- Supervision and completion of work safety documents, training;
- Part-time is also possible
Employee requirements
- 1-2 years work experience of personnel manager/specialist;
- Knowledge of the Russian language is an advantage;
- Know the labor code;
- Communication with various people, being able to manage stressful and problematic situations;
- Positive and accepting challenges;
- Work program Optimum. - an advantage
