Nature of work
- Announcement of vacancies, search for candidates, selection of new employees
- Coordination of social adaptation processes of new employees
- Organization of employee microclimate research
- Support and updating of the e-training system for employees
- Formation of the employer's image of the company
- Organization of company events
- Collecting, analyzing and creating reports of various personnel data
- Coordination of timely familiarization of employees with various company procedures and instructions
- Involvement in the updating of personnel management processes, procedures, training materials for employees
Employee requirements
- Higher education, personnel management, business administration or management studies
- 1 year of work experience in the position of personnel manager
- Ability to manage information, accumulate, systematize and summarize it
- Excellent computer skills
- Diligence, attention to detail, ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
- Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills are MANDATORY (written, spoken)
