Areas of responsibility:
- Preparation and maintenance of personnel documents in accordance with the requirements of legal acts (hiring/dismissal of employees, orders, job regulations, internal procedures, etc.);
- Administration of employee schedules and timesheets in the accounting program Personalo Skaita;
- Counseling colleagues on issues of the Labor Code;
- Ensuring internal communication for employees;
- Organization of events, holidays, implementation of initiatives;
- Creation and nurturing of office culture and microclimate;
Employee requirements
We expect you to:
- You have excellent knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania and are able to apply it in practice;
- You have at least 2 years of experience in the field of personnel administration;
- You are attentive to details, meticulous, have a responsible approach to work;
- You have good etiquette and written and oral communication skills;
- You have excellent computer (MS Office) skills;
- You have excellent clerical skills;
- You communicate fluently in general English orally and in writing;
- You are characterized by communication skills, quick orientation and excellent organizational skills;
- You are friendly, communicative and quickly integrate into the team;
