Your main tasks
Preparation of employee recruitment/dismissal documents, creation of personal files, uploading documents to the personnel management system and/or general server, maintaining and archiving registers;
Preparation and submission of documents to responsible institutions;
Preparation and registration of personnel documents in the personnel management system;
Registration of non-insurance periods, timely adjustment of periods;
Ordering of all trainings, courses, certificates related to employee qualifications, additional requirements of customers for the position occupied;
Communication with employees, close cooperation with accounting;
Submitting applications for A1 certificates through the Sodra portal;
Ordering S1 and ESDK cards;
Providing statistical indicators and weekly planning to the head of the department.

Similar work experience;
Communicability, initiative;
Good organizational and planning skills;
Ability to manage a large flow of information;
Experience working with the accounting management program Rivile (advantage);
Responsible attitude, ability to work in a team, quick orientation and ability to prioritize tasks;
Knowledge of English (advantage);
Oral and written Russian language skills (required).
