Nature of work
Administration of personnel documents (recruitment, dismissal of employees, preparation of employment contracts, preparation of work schedules, filling in time sheets, changes to employment contracts, etc.);
Submission of documents to Sodra;
Search and selection of employees, ensuring adaptation, organization of employee training, planning and organization of business trips;
Formation of company culture and values, communication management;
Systematize and distribute incoming documents and information, control their execution;
Administration of social networks (Facebook, Instagram, website);
Providing assistance to managers and other employees of the company;
Performing the functions assigned by the manager.

Employee requirements
Expectations for candidates:
Higher Education;
At least 2 years of similar work experience;
Ability to practically apply the rules of document management and accounting;
knowledge and practical application of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania, other legal acts regulating labor relations;
Attention, independence, ability to plan, implement and improve advanced personnel management practices;
Quick orientation, responsibility, diligence;
Excellent organizational, communication and cooperation skills;
Driver's licence B category;
Education - Higher university;
Work experience from 2 years.
Higher Education;
At least 2 years of similar work experience;
