Nature of work

  • Administration of labor relations for assigned projects (admissions, dismissals, changes to employment contracts, etc.);
  • Work with document management systems BSS IT / Vecticum;
  • Completion and control of cumulative and non-cumulative timesheets, work schedules;
  • Management and administration of documentation related to employment, vacations, business trips and other absences;
  • Providing information to interested persons and the institutions of the Republic of Lithuania;
  • Formation, management and transfer of personal files of employees to the archive.

Employee requirements

  • Higher Education;
  • At least 2 years of work experience in the field of personnel management;
  • Work experience with document and personnel management programs;
  • Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania and its application in practice;
  • Work experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central and BSS IT (advantage);
  • Excellent computer and Excel skills;
  • English language skills;
  • Personal qualities: responsibility, diligence, initiative, ability to work independently and in a team.
