- Preparation of production equipment and lines for work (washing, disinfection);
- Organization and control of production processes:
- Taking raw materials into containers
- Production of dairy products according to approved technologies and recipes;
- Completing registers;
- Production control.
Work according to a rolling work schedule, shift duration 12 hours.
