Nature of work

The employee of the customer service department is responsible for professional customer service, comprehensive assistance to customers who want to purchase/order goods, pick up the order, exchange or return goods and create a pleasant shopping experience for customers.

Work 40 hours/week. 1 full-time, flexible work schedule.

What tasks await you?

• Professional, quality and pleasant customer service;
• Consulting clients and providing necessary information;
• Solving customer problems and ensuring the best solution for the customer;
• Checking and issuing orders;
• Sale of services;
• Working with cash, bank cards;
• Working on a rolling schedule.

We expect from you:

• No lower than secondary education;
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills;
• Ability to perform several tasks at the same time;
• Customer orientation, helpfulness, ability to communicate with various people;
• Work experience in retail trade;
• Knowledge of foreign languages.
