Nature of work
- Represent the company in purchasing transactions and concluding contracts with suppliers;
- Carry out procurement processes, including the receipt, evaluation and selection of bids;
- Ensure the fulfillment of contract conditions;
- Plan and manage the company's purchase budget;
- Coordinate work with other employees of the company to ensure effective management of procurement processes;
- Take care of the company's purchase documentation and database;
- Monitor market trends and choose the best suppliers.
Employee requirements
- Higher university education, preferably in the field of economics or business;
- Experience in procurement process management;
- Good communication and cooperation skills;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Ability to plan and organize work;
- Ability to work with data and IT tools such as Excel.
Salary
From 1100 €/mon. net
