Nature of work

  • Procurement of engineering systems contracts, their products, materials and equipment necessary for the construction of ongoing projects;
  • Determining the cost price of planned purchases in the company's sales process according to the offers of potential suppliers;
  • Communication with existing and potential partners of the company;
  • Search, evaluation and selection of new and long-term suppliers;
  • Announcement of long-term supply/purchase tenders and coordination/signing of purchase contracts necessary for the type of purchases/orders being carried out;
  • Negotiations with suppliers and making reasoned decisions;
  • Management of procurement procedural documents; creating a database of suppliers;
  • Completing/changing statistical information in company documents and processes.

Employee requirements

  • Higher engineering construction education or successful work experience of at least 1 m in construction works and/or product procurement (possible experience in construction objects in the positions of project engineer or construction works manager);
  • Responsible approach to work, goal orientation;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to solve complex situations;
  • Ability to work independently and in a team;
  • Ability to analyze data in XLS files.
