Our client is a manufacturing company belonging to an international group of companies, whose mission is to develop the most advanced service technologies, to take care of technological supply from the manufacturer to the companies managing the final objects.
IN THIS POSITION YOU:
You will be responsible for one of the strategic areas in the company, which will significantly contribute to the successful and rapid development of the company in foreign markets. Your responsibilities will include:
- effective planning of supply and ensuring activity during rapid business growth;
- creation of a supply chain process for individual markets;
- management of negotiations with main suppliers;
- development of supply alternatives;
- efficient warehouse management and administration;
- team formation, motivation and education;
- supply budget management, ensuring profitability.

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:
- +3 years work experience in leading teams responsible for supply chain processes in Lithuanian and foreign markets;
- Excellent negotiation, purchasing, communication skills and the ability to effectively cooperate with teams of various functions;
- Warehouse management experience;
- Strong leadership skills, you are characterized by vigor and activity;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (oral and written).
