Your responsibilities:
- Organization of tenders for the purchase of construction works and materials (LT, LV, EE, PL markets)
- Finding and building relationships with contractors and material suppliers who would contribute to the implementation of large-scale construction projects
- Strategic planning and conducting of negotiations to achieve the best final result
- Coordination of the process of coordination and signing of high-value contracts and supply contracts
- Maintaining relations with existing partners
- Preparation of various reports, consultation of colleagues on procurement issues
Expectations for you:
- Has a higher engineering/construction/technological education
- Has at least 2 years of experience in tendering companies for construction engineering works
- Know construction processes
- Has good management skills
- Has experience in procurement in the markets of the Baltic countries and Poland
- Learn Polish, Russian and English.
- You are strongly goal oriented
- Has excellent communication and negotiation skills
- You are attentive to details
