What responsibilities will we entrust to you:
- Ordering goods from existing suppliers and searching for new ones (analysis of prices, suppliers' offers, negotiations on the most favorable conditions);
- Procurement planning, order formation, submission of necessary documents, reports;
- Maintenance of assortment, stock balances;
- Maintenance of the business database, systematization and summarization of data;
- Performing other tasks assigned by the purchasing manager.
We hope you:
- Has a higher or higher education (advantage - technical);
- You know English well (both orally and in writing);
- Has similar work experience;
- Has good MS Excel program management skills;
- You are organized and characterized by thoroughness and attention to details;
- You are responsible, independent and want to improve in the field of procurement;
- Use responsibility, prioritization and analytical thinking in your work.
