Job description:
We are expanding our dream team and are looking for a qualified procurement specialist who will be responsible for organizing the entire raw material and component supply process.
Main tasks:
Main tasks:
- Maintaining relations with existing suppliers/manufacturers in Europe and East Asia: daily communication (e-mail, Skype, WeChat), planning and coordination of materials/components and product orders, problem identification and prompt resolution;
- Organization of the logistics of imported goods: assembling large orders in containers, communication with transporters, provision of necessary documents from suppliers and administration of import operations;
- Control of warehouse balances and planning and ensuring the required amount of components in the warehouse;
- Continuous search for new and alternative suppliers of materials/components;
- Attending international exhibitions, searching for new suppliers.
We hope that the candidate:
- Has at least 3 years of work experience in finding suppliers, negotiating with them and managing the entire supply chain (import organization experience is necessary);
- Very good command of English (speaking and writing);
- Is responsible and diligent;
- Has excellent organizational and analytical skills;
- Has good organizational, negotiation and communication skills;
- Has excellent Excel skills.
