Nature of work:
- Organization/administration of purchase/supply to warehouse/projects;
- determination and maintenance of warehouse stock level;
- Communication with suppliers - negotiations on conditions, coordination/signing of contracts; supply of urgent project goods;
- Search and selection of suppliers, conclusion of contracts, maintenance of existing relationships;
- Administration of purchase documents;
- Organization of export and import selected (partial) and full cargo transportation on international and local routes.
You will be successful in this position if:
- You have technical purchasing experience;
- You are a proactive, proactive, responsible, dynamic employee who is able to plan work in a timely manner and complete tasks on time;
- You have good knowledge of English and Russian (both written and spoken);
- You are analytical and have excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Working experience with business management system MS NAVISION would be an advantage.
