Nature of work
- Smooth organization of purchase of goods/services, price analysis and enforcement;
- Planning of goods supply, formation of orders for suppliers and delivery control;
- Identification and resolution of supply-related issues;
- Maintenance of warehouse balances;
- Ordering transport services;
- Creating product cards, entering information about products into the program;
- Ensuring supply at the lowest possible costs for the set deadlines;
- Cooperation with the staff of other departments to ensure a smooth delivery process.
Requirements
- Higher education (technical orientation is an advantage);
- Knowledge of supply principles and/or experience in a manufacturing company would be an advantage;
- Knowledge of MS Office programs;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Ability to work independently and in a team;
- Good negotiation and problem solving skills;
- Responsibility, attentiveness.
