UAB "BODESA" - one of the largest manufacturers of glass units and tempered glass in the Baltic States, invites an energetic, ambitious logistics manager to join its team.
You will plan product loading and delivery routes (5-8 routes per day);
You will follow and control the progress of the delivery of the manufactured products;
You will control truck drivers using the Fleetmaster transport control system;
You will administer the negotiable production container using the accounting program available in the company;
You will prepare documents related to cargo transportation;
You will communicate and collaborate with drivers and customers to achieve the intended goals.

Employee requirements
Higher education or studying in the field of transport and/or management sciences;
Successful work experience in the logistics sector (advantage);
Good knowledge of a foreign language (English; Russian - an advantage);
Good communication skills;
Ability to adhere to processes and agreements;
Motivation to achieve set goals;
Good computer skills.

Salary
1800-2100 €/mon. gross
(the minimum salary is applied to those without experience in the relevant field, for others - depending on experience and competence). Additions are additionally calculated based on the results achieved (there is a clear system that evaluates the total amount of manufactured/departed products, the accuracy of deliveries, the indicators of the return of negotiable containers from Customers). Earnings of €1,500 and above after tax are possible if relevant results are achieved.
Salary is dependent on the candidate's experience and skills and will be discussed on an individual basis during the interview.
