Main responsibilities:
- Monitoring of suppliers in the construction sector and analysis of market prices;
- Organization of surveys of building materials and service suppliers, evaluation of offers;
- Maintaining long-term relations with existing suppliers;
- Search for new suppliers;
- Coordination and preparation of contracts with suppliers;
- Organization of a transparent procurement process;
- Coordinating the need for purchasing materials and services with the responsible employees of the company;
- Ensuring the best price and quality in the market.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Higher/higher education;
- Experience in procurement;
- Knowledge of the construction sector;
- Excellent organizational, communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to analyze information and work in a team;
- Good computer skills;
- Ability to work with a large flow of information;
- In English.
