- Active work with suppliers, search for new suppliers.
- Preparation and coordination of purchase contract conditions.
- Analysis of electronics market and service trends.
- Preparation of purchase reports/presentations.
- Auditing of suppliers' activities and filling in internal company documents.
- Working with the ERP system.
- Initiation and implementation of cost saving projects.
- Continuous improvement of the supply process with the help of LEAN methods.
Employee requirements
- Higher Education.
- Purchasing experience in a manufacturing company would be an advantage.
- Very good communication and negotiation skills.
- Operativeness and constructiveness in solving problems with suppliers.
- Interest in innovation, flexibility, initiative.
- Organization, excellent independent and teamwork skills.
- Good working skills with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English languages.
