Your main task
- Management of procurement processes, from beginning to end, in accordance with the procedures provided by the company;
- Administer orders, send requests and respond to incoming offers from suppliers
- Preparation of purchase documents, coordination of conditions with suppliers;
- Effective execution of purchases within the budget;
- Communication with foreign and Lithuanian suppliers and manufacturers;
- Cooperation with other departments in order to ensure an efficient procurement process;
- Performing the functions of the company manager;
- Organization of logistics;
- Helping other colleagues;
- Preparation and presentation of reports to the management.
Requirements
- Higher Education;
- Work experience in the field of procurement;
- English language (not lower than B2 level);
- Excellent negotiation skills, teamwork;
- Driver's license;
- Engineering thinking, creativity;
- Responsibility, flexibility, communication.
