FOR WORK IN KAUNAS (with the possibility of remote work and work in VILNIUS or PANEVĖŽI)
- coordinate the team of the procurement execution group and organize the timely supply of the company with the necessary goods, services and/or works, in compliance with the requirements of legal acts and ensuring economic utility;
- organize the daily activities of the group: assign tasks to directly subordinate employees, monitor the performance of tasks, record and provide relevant information to the direct manager;
- ensure compliance of public procurement procedures with the requirements of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, including the Public Procurement Law of the Republic of Lithuania, as well as the provisions of the company's internal legal acts;
- initiate the preparation of inquiries and requests for the Public Procurement Service or other institutions;
- initiate the implementation of innovative, operational efficiency-increasing solutions in the field of public procurement;
- prepare, update and, in accordance with the established procedure, coordinate documents regulating public procurement;
- participate in the activities of the public procurement commission;
- to educate and motivate employees, promoting the development of their competences, to conduct performance evaluation interviews.
We are looking for a colleague who:
- has obtained a higher education (preferably in the field of law);
- has at least 3 years of work experience in the field of public procurement (work experience in a large organization is an advantage);
- has work experience in the role of team leader, is able to efficiently organize work, provide feedback and delegate tasks to subordinate employees, is focused on high-quality team results;
- a public procurement specialist certificate issued by the Public Procurement Service of the Republic of Lithuania would be considered an advantage;
- has expert knowledge in the field of public procurement execution and legal regulation;
- has a category B driver's license;
- knows English at B1 level.
