Position Description



  • Prepare periodic reports of the company's activities for the management, perform deviation analyzes and action plans to eliminate them
  • Coordinate the preparation of integrated business plans, consolidate them, analyze them and provide assistance in interpreting financial, quantitative and action links
  • Participate in the process of preparing/updating the company's long-term strategy and budget
  • Carry out performance analysis
  • Analyze the profitability of services and examine the reasonableness of cost allocation, make proposals for cost allocation and adjusting the management accounting architecture
  • Participate in planning, management accounting and reporting process improvement projects and in the implementation of information systems used for operational planning and management accounting
  • Evaluate investments and projects using NPV and DCF methods and provide insights

Your competences and experience



  • Higher university education in economics, finance, auditing, business management or similar field
  • At least 3 years of work experience in the field of finance or auditing (experience in planning, analysis and consolidation of activities would be an advantage)
  • Excellent analytical thinking, comprehension and generalization skills
  • Excellent skills in working with basic MS Office programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) and the ability to work with large amounts of data
  • Teamwork skills, ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Knowledge and experience of business processes, financial planning, indicators and economic analysis
  • Initiative, excellent planning and organization skills, attention to detail
  • Fluent in Lithuanian, good knowledge of English
