Your tasks:
- Effectively organize the activities of the Planning and Time Analysis Unit;
- Responsibility for monthly and daily production planning, achieving the turnover rate;
- Ensure optimal production flow, efficiency, analyze results and evaluate them;
- Responsibility for approval of product rates and rates;
- Create, develop and implement planning systems;
- Manage and supervise assigned resources, set goals, motivate them, develop and evaluate their activities;
- Determine risks, their priorities according to their probability and impact, select measures, resources to avoid or minimize risks;
- Ensure proper communication about existing risks and their management.
Successful work in this position will require:
- Higher education (in the fields of mathematics, statistics, insurance mathematics);
- Ability to evaluate, analyze and improve operational efficiency, knowledge of organization, production processes, changes and project management;
- Experience in managing a department engaged in similar activities;
- Fluent English (not lower than B2 - C level both orally and in writing);
- MS Office, excellent Excel skills, knowledge of ERP systems and knowledge of BI systems;
- Knowledge of system development/installation;
- Attention to details, critical thinking, quick reactions.
