Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and well organized person to ensure a healthy and effective scheduling process for employees.
Key responsibilities:
· Attend meetings organized by direct manager;
· Work on changes in Game Presenters and Shufflers schedule and in automated system TTS (Nevos);
· Operate with different data that may affect Game Presenters and Shufflers schedule (vacations, sick lists, maternity leaves, different internal changes etc.);
· Work with electronic documents;
· Involve with the coordination and implementation of different procedures, operators effective rotation creating;
·Take responsibility for specific projects and tasks;
·Ensure correct employees working time registration;
·Perform other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications;
·Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves and other absences.
