Plantation manager in Madagascar

Manage the activities of the plantation and ensure its smooth operation;
Monitor and control the process of growing plants;
Manage plantation workers;
Cooperate with local agronomists and other specialists;
Ensure that plantations meet all quality and safety standards;
Take care of plantation equipment and machinery;

Education and/or work experience in agriculture would be an advantage;
Good organizational and communication skills;
English proficiency;
Management of MS Office programs;
Driver's license;
Ability to work independently and in a team;

2500-3500 €/mon. net
Salary may vary depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications
