The purpose of the position is participation in project preparation and design work, ensuring the smooth progress of the project
NATURE OF WORK:
- Real estate project management at all stages of its development: approval of design proposals, issuance of construction permits, management of the project construction team, supervision of facility completion.
- Preparation and/or organization of detailed plans
- Analysis of plot development possibilities, development of the project concept
- Alignment and coordination of design works
- Communicating with state and municipal institutions in solving issues related to development
- Working with the development team
POSITION EXPECTATIONS:
- Experience in real estate development, at different stages of the project: concept, design, construction.
- Legal knowledge of real estate
- Ability to read and evaluate project documentation
- Higher education in construction engineering, project management or architecture (mandatory)
