By contributing to the development of renovation projects, you will improve and deepen your knowledge about:
- in the field of apartment house renovation;
- the use of renewable energy resources in apartment building renovation projects;
- measures that increase energy efficiency;
- in the areas of development and implementation of renovation projects;
- in the field of environmental protection, etc.;
- the most advanced technologies that allow the implementation of effective solutions in the field of renovation.
We are looking for a team member who is willing and able to:
- to advise the people of Vilnius, the residents of the house, about the possibilities of renovation;
- help residents understand the costs of renovation and accompany them until the successful implementation of the project;
- initiate, organize and prepare documents related to the implementation of the house renovation project;
- prepare reports, applications, requests, answers related to the implementation of renovation projects;
- coordinate and control the implementation of the house renovation project.
In order for you to succeed, you will need:
- higher or higher university (or equivalent) education;
- experience in the field of sales, construction, renovation;
- knowledge of legal acts regulating the renovation of multi-apartment buildings;
- excellent ability to fluently and correctly convey thoughts orally and in writing;
- professional communication and flexibility in solving problematic situations;
- good computer skills (MS Window, MS office);
- have a driver's license (category B) and a car (advantage).
