Nature of work
- Development of the outdoor advertising network in Lithuania (stands, columns, showcases, LED screens)
- Ensuring the development from finding a site to obtaining a permit
- Administration of existing advertising places, evaluation of usefulness, extension of contracts
- Market monitoring and analysis, providing conclusions and proposals to the management
- Finding and developing new opportunities for outdoor advertising,
- Cooperation with municipalities, participation in tenders
- Negotiations with real estate developers/owners
- Organization and control of the work of subordinate personnel
- Cooperation with other employees of the company's departments.
- Supervision, enforcement and improvement of internal company processes.
- Analysis of performance results, reporting to the company manager.
Employee requirements
- Successful leadership, development development and/or project management experience
- Work experience with process management/improvement
- CRM, project management or spec. program expertise
- Strategic and analytical thinking, interest in innovation
- Ability to justify long-term decisions
- Ability to lead and organize team work
- Excellent negotiation, time management and delegation skills
- Organization, independence
