IF YOU ARE CARRIED
- Assist the Development Manager in creating and maintaining project schedules, preparing project reports;
- Prepare minutes of meetings, letters, contracts and other documents;
- Cooperate with state institutions and architects, solving issues related to the project;
- Contribute to the successful implementation of the projects being developed, participate in team, design, construction meetings;
- Continuous maintenance of project documentation.
ALSO IF YOU
- Has similar work experience (advantage);
- You are a responsible and diligent person who knows how to set priorities and effectively plan working time;
- Has a higher education in Architecture, Construction and engineering, Construction and real estate management, Construction business management or similar fields (can be a final year student);
- Has good computer skills (MS office, Autocad - an advantage);
- Has excellent communication skills.
