A POS Software Consultant I Programmer is expected to work with our clients by promoting the highest level of service and professionalism. They are required to configure menus and train on the usage of Shift4 products and services. Shift4 Employees are expected to project a positive company image and experience through all customer interactions. Team members are required to communicate through multiple channels such as email, phone calls, ticket systems, and chat systems. Our team members are expected to acquire an in-depth understanding of the entire merchant processing industry as well as their role within the organization.

Work schedule: Monday-Friday 4 pm - 1 am.
You will have three weeks of training to familiarize yourself with systems and processes.

Additional payment for night hours shift (till 20%).
